Sorry this one is late. I got sick! I have laryngitis right now and this post nasal drip is the worst! So bad that I didn’t get today’s workout in at all. I do however have yesterday’s update for you, albeit late and will try to resume tomorrow (This is so not feeling like fun and fitness!)
Soooo, as I was working out, I had to keep myself psyched up. As I mentioned in Day 1’s post, I don’t like how this woman goes from exercise to exercise without preparing you. Hence, you’ll see me looking a bit uncoordinated LOL
Sipping on ginger and lemon tea, I hope to be up and functioning by tomorrow…for God’s ears.
