One of the facts that I keep returning to is, “Healthy skin begins from within.” What you put on your skin can cause damage but what you put into your body can also cause damage.
On Monday, I began the Digest Diet. It isn’t a diet in the traditional sense of the word. Yes, the first few days you limit what you eat but that’s just to get poor eating habits in check. Afterwards, you begin to eat the way you should by making better food choices and controlling portions.
My decision to start the Digest Diet was for mixed reasons. One, I’ll be connecting with a group of other bloggers also looking to lose a few. Two, I’m looking to become the most fit I’ve ever been. Last of all but just as important, I’m looking to clear up any imperfections in my skin.
By eating better and cleansing my system from drunk, one result I’ll achieve is clearer skin. Drinking lots of water and eating more veggies and fruits that I normally have will help you achieve this goal too.
