Just a few days I ago I shared the Sally Hansen gift bag that I received as a result of winning their Mother Daughter Manicure contest.

Today I’m back with more. I was sent two bottles of Sally’s Complete Manicure in a Bottle to review (yahhh! more Complete manicures in a bottle….I love it!)

You know, I love Sally Hansen. It’s my favorite line of nail care products. I love how they’ve positioned themselves in the market place  too. Check out the site when you get a chance.

Notice how all of their products are described to hit that hot spot of making you feel like their products make you more desirable, beautiful and sexy. As a matter of fact, you’ll notice they use the “S-E-X-Y” word quite often. I love it!

Anywho, the Complete Salon Manicure in a bottle is just what you need if you don’t have time to do all the added applications of a base coat, top coat and quick dry. Plus, the nail application brush is top notch.

But wait there’s more…

Did you know that Sally Hansen’s Complete Salon Manicure in a bottle also contains a strengthener and nail growth treatment? It’s no wonder they received Marie Claire’s 25 Best Beauty Products of the Year and Self magazine’s award for Best Beauty Buy.

What I notice Most about the Complete Salon Manicure in a bottle is the amazing shine. You know that top coat’s in there somewhere!

The Reviews

For the most part, this product received great reviews. However, there were a few who said their shine didn’t last more than 2 days and that the polish started to wear on their hands. (Huh?)

I’ve not experienced any of the negative effects as expressed by some. I apply two coats (as the instructions state to do) and my polish looks beautiful and shiny for at least 5 days. I type all day so that’s impressive! The only reason I gave this product a 4/5 is I think it should be closer to $6 vs. $8. I mean. It’s just nail polish.

What do you think of Sally Hansen’s Complete Salon Manicure in a bottle?

I got one last year, but I’m not the best person to judge because I suck at applying nail polish. I also think the color I chose was too light (#140, Peachy Keen), so I had to do more than two coats. It didn’t last as long as I had hoped it would, but no polish really does in my book, unless you go for the gel polishes, which I am not too keen on. I do plan to use the complete salon manicure again this summer and see what luck I have this time!

I suck at applying too lol. I usually have to remove some nails and redo them.

I like the Complete Salon Manicure in a bottle. Can you believe the polish lasted 6 days with no chipping?! Somebody told me that they used it and added a top coat and the polish didn’t last. Duh, it’s complete so the top coat is in the bottle. You aren’t supposed to add anything to seal it in. I only used a quick dry to it and got great results

I love the shine you fingers look. The thing about I like on nail polish product is the result it gives like a compact color that has a glossy effect though I love light colors but the compact cover it makes on the nails itself is really clean to look at. I never had any particular avid fan stuff on a certain product since I tend to try various polish products that my gut feeling tells me that it is great.
