Sophisticated Bun Series: Sassy Bun

Next up in the Sophisticated Bun Series is the Sassy Bun. I was feeling real sassy on the day I did the style. I really like twists and buns so I created a combination style that works well for work or going out:

Items Used

• Satin Scrunchie
• Bobby pins
• Jane Carter Nourish and Shine

The Technique

1. Worked JC N&S through the hair
2. Parted hair across the center and sectioned out the front of the hair
3. Secured the back section of the hair with satin scrunchie, forming a bun with the ends tucked in
4. Parted the front of the hair on the side and made two 2 strand twists on each side
5. Twisted the two twists on the left side together and wrapped them around the back section, pinning in place.
6. Repeat with the two twists on the right side and pin in place
