I’ve never been to Hawaii but I hear it’s beautiful. The closest I’ve come is to buy from a Hawaiian based e-bay store where I purchased the cutest handcrafted Maui style plumeria flower wooden hair stick.
I love this because it’s just made for those moments when you need something to quickly pull your hair up.
This two prong wooden hair stick is probably best suited for more casual styles unlike my new Twist ‘N Clips that can be used for more hairstyling versatility.
The ebay store Maui Style Gifts also sent me a nice little Aloha bracelet. I plan to wear it this summer while walking on the dirty boardwalks in New York, wishing I were actually in Hawaii. Hey, a girl can dream.
Some day I do plan to make it to Hawaii but until then I’ll cherish this hair stick, another impulse buy.

Very cute!! It reminds me of some hair sticks i got from Zuki Imports! I hope to go to Hawaii one day too!!! One of my best friends is leaving for a vacation there this week!! So jealous;)!

When my brother was in the Army he was stationed in Hawaii. I would love to visit, but I really want to go to the Caribbean first. The hair pin is pretty.
